The mission of the Biostatistics and Epidemiology Section is to promote and enhance biostatistics and epidemiology as academic disciplines within the Division of Family Medicine and to provide expertise in education, research and service in the areas of biostatistics, epidemiology and data management for the Department of Family and Community Medicine, the Health Sciences Center, and the state of New Mexico.
