Admissions

Thank you for your interest in the Public Health Program (PHP) at the University of New Mexico. Students are admitted for the fall semester only.  Our official deadline for application submission is December 15th of each year. Screening of completed applications will begin mid-January. Please verify with us prior to the submission of you application that you have the correct forms. There may be slight changes to forms made throughout the year.

We will notify applicants about their admission status by March 1st.
We have included a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding the Public Health Program and information showing areas where public health individuals most frequently work. We hope this will help answer many of the questions that you may have.
