The
Masters in Public Health Program at UNM offers a breadth degree in community
and preventive health, accredited by the Council on Education in Public
Health. The core courses provide competencies and knowledge in the many
disciplines that make up the field: epidemiology, biostatistics, social
and behavioral sciences, occupational and environmental health, health
services and health policy. Students can specialize through the epidemiology
concentration or through their own selection of elective courses. Dual
degrees with other graduate programs are also available.
