The Geriatric Division at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences
Center is dedicated in providing excellent clinical care of the elderly in
multiple settings including outpatient, inpatient, nursing home, home care
and palliative care. Care is provided at the Senior Health Center and the
New Mexico Veterans Health Care System. Our faculty serves as Medical
Directors and primary care physicians in community nursing homes. The
Division offers an accredited one-year Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine.
