Conducting a Good Meeting

The primary goal of this instruction is to inform and educate the UNM Department of Internal Medicine faculty, house staff, and staff on conducting a productive meeting.  The training will enable the personnel in Internal Medicine to effectively support the department by streamlining the planning process for meetings.

Structuring a meeting to effectively present information, engage your audience, and ultimately produce effective outcomes using basic meeting planning skills are the primary skills sets needed to facilitate and/lead a good meeting.
