Next year's salaries will not decrease, but they are re-negotiated each year.

Regarding annual leave of 21 days (15 weekdays, 6 weekends), these will be used during rotations that do not require call. Some electives have restrictions on how many annual leave days (ie: ED, Cardiology Consult VA, Heme/Onc) may be taken, and all annual leave requests are subjective to approval.
