KUGR Yeast Genomic ORF Microarrays

The KUGR facility produces microarrays containing probes for more than 99.7% of all yeast (S. cerevisiae) genes. The KUGR yeast microarrays have been used successfully for gene expression assays by several laboratories at UNM.

The KUGR yeast arrays are produced to very high quality control standards and include many features (e.g. probes for spiked controls) that are often absent in other spotted microarrays.

UNM users can purchase KUGR yeast arrays or contract with the facility to perform full-service probe preparation, hybridization and data analysis
