Regulation of eukaryotic gene expression in response to DNA damaging agents. Role of small ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs) in splice site recognition and splicing of nuclear precursor messenger RNAs. Intranuclear localization and nucleocytoplasmic transport of RNAs.
