Biography

Rex E. Jung, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of New Mexico, a Research Scientist at the Mind Research Network, and a practicing clinical neuropsychologist in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of New Mexico in 2001, and completed an internship in the Departments of Neurosurgery and Behavioral Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, Texas. His research is designed to relate behavioral measures including intelligence, personality, and creativity, to brain function and structure in healthy, neurological, and psychiatric subjects. He has published over 40 research articles across a wide range of disciplines including traumatic brain injury, systemic lupus erythematosus, schizophrenia, intelligence, and creativity.
