Didactic Sessions

Twenty-two topics, consolidated from the educational objectives for a third year OB_GYN clerkship developed by the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO) are covered in case-based lectures to the students by our faculty.

Best Practices

All Faculty involved in case-based lectures: because of their involvement in formal didactic sessions, faculty know the students better and spend more time doing informal bedside teaching.

Teaching awards: Criterion based awards for all residents and faculty who receive excellent evaluations: the proportion of residents who won this award last year doubled.
