Alumni

Alumni of the medical school contact the Office Student Services to obtain verification of medical education, copies of MSPEs (formerly Dean's Letters), transcripts, and duplicate diplomas.

 Medical Education Verification

States require different forms for medical licensing. All requests for verification should be mailed or faxed to the address listed in the lower left hand corner of the page. Please note processing time is approximately 3-5 business days after receipt. For transcripts dated prior to the Fall of 1983, process time can take up to 3 weeks.
