Apply to the Medical Laboratory Sciences Program

 Application deadlines are March 15 for the summer admission, June 15 for the fall admission and October 15 for the January admission.

Recommendation forms are obtained from Susan Dellinger (contact information listed below) who will mail them to you upon request. Please make an appointment to contact a faculty representative of the program for an advisement to ensure that you have completed all the required prerequisites for the MLS program. This is required before application. Please mail or fax all application materials to the address/fax number given above by the appropriate deadline.
