Clinical Professional Development Evaluation: Requires password from Clinical Tech: "preceptor." Please do not share password with student.
At the end of the course, the student must ask the preceptor to fill out the evaluation and submit it in WebCT. The Clinical Professional Development Evaluation can be found in the WebCT course from the from the Checklists/Evaluations link on the Homepage.
The student is required to complete a written report (form available) on their experience and must submit their report by the end of their rotation.
