This is a UNM on-line course. Only registered UNM students can log in to the course.
All materials will be submitted using the course software WebCT by the end of each rotation. The address for the WebCT courses is http://vista.unm.edu. Student Checklist: Requires password from Clinical Tech. Please do not share password with student.
The Clinical tech is required to fill out a checklist along with the bench tech that he/she is following. The Urinalysis Checklist and Phlebotomy Checklist can be found in the WebCT course from the Checklists/Evaluations link on the Homepage. These checklists should be submitted by the end of the course. The Clinical tech can answer a few questions at a time and "Save" before exiting. These checklists should be submitted by the end of the course.
Exam: Requires password from Clinical Tech. Please do not share password with student.
The exam can be found in the WebCT course from the Exam link on the Homepage. The student will be able to look at their results in WebCT immediately after they submit the exams.
Clinical Professional Development Evaluation: Requires password from Clinical Tech. Please do not share password with student.
The preceptor should fill out the Clinical Professional Development evaluation in the WebCT course with the student and submit it. The evaluation can be found in the WebCT course from the Checklists/Evaluations link on the Homepage.
