Setting is neuro and multiple injuries with ortho/neuro; total hips, knee, and back surgery and general med/surg deconditioning type diagnosis anticipating short term, intense rehab. Starting time is typically 8 a.m. for PTs, but this can vary. Our therapists participate in the weekend rotations, which are 1-2 weekend days in a month at present. We have had travelers participating voluntarily in weekend rotations and enjoying a flex day off during the week. This always has had wonderful influence on departmental team spirit.
