Community Input
An underlying principle driving CRN is that primary care clinicians are the best source of ideas, energy and expertise to determine optimal clinical practices in real
world settings. All CRN members are encouraged to participate and take leadership roles in the design and implementation of CRN research and practice improvement projects.
The CRN has established close working relationships with UCSF researchers in San Francisco General Hospital’s Primary Care Research Center as well as with many
community-based physicians who have served important roles as practice representatives and as co-investigators on several projects.
