PRIME-Net Primary Care Projects

Acanthosis Nigricans (AN)
Purpose: To promote AN screening as a means to detect the early onset of Diabetes Type 2 in patients.
Participating Networks: CaReNet, RIOS-Net, SERCN, and SPUR-Net.

Chronic-Non-Malignant Pain (CNMP)
Purpose: To better understand the impact that chronic non-malignant pain (CNMP) visits have on primary care clinicians and their practices.
Participating Networks: BIGHORN, CaReNet, CRN/UCF, RIOS-Net, SERCN, and SPUR-Net.
What is CNMP? | Survey Update

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)
Purpose: To better understand clinicians’ practice habits and views on the screening and management of the Hepatitis C virus.
Participating Networks: CaReNet, RIOS-Net, and SERCN.

Clinicians from CaReNet, RIOS Net and SERCN participated and provided data for this study designed to characterize the patient panels and visist reasons of primary-care practices.
