cDNA Synthesis, cRNA Synthesis and Hybridization Services
  • EBL will use Agilent bioanalyzer to verify RNA integrity and a nanodrop spec. to verify concentration.
  • 10 μgs of total RNA is required for each cDNA synthesis; 1.5 μgs of total RNA required for RNA amplification and cRNA synthesis.
  • Our Lab makes cDNA from your RNA, fluorescently labels the cDNA, and performs hybridization on slides.
  • Our Lab provides the hybridized slides to you, for scanning and analysis.

Full service microarray (for each additional RNA/cDNA sample up to 23) → $150
