Welcome to the University of New Mexico Department of Radiology. Based at the UNM Health Sciences center in Albuquerque, the department provides radiology services for:

Radiology Department Programs

The department offers a categorical 5-year residency program in diagnostic radiology, fellowships in vascular / interventional radiology and neuroradiology, as well as programs in the radiologic sciences. One month elective medical student clerkships are also offered to visiting medical students and students of the UNM School of Medicine. In addition, our department has joined with the UNM Department of Chemical and Nuclear Engineering to create a Master of Science in Chemical/Nuclear Engineering with a concentration in Medical Physics.
