About Us
The Office of Animal Care Compliance (OACC) serves as the centralized office that oversees animal compliance activities and provides administrative support to both of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committees (HSC IACUC and Main Campus IACUC). The OACC coordinates closely with the IACUC’s, the Animal Resource Facility (ARF) and Investigators to ensure that all animals used in research, teaching and testing are treated with respect and in the most humane and ethical manner.
