IACUC Submission Deadlines

HSC meets the first Thursday of every month

MCC meets the third Thursday of every month

Due to the time needed for the review process, new applications and other submissions must be received 21 days prior to the next scheduled committee meeting. This time frame allows for 1 week for pre-review, 1 week for Investigator responses to reviewer comments, and 1 week for the OACC to get all of the documentation out to the full committee.

Note: This calendar is subject to change during the course of the year. Please check regularly for the most current meeting dates. HSC meetings are for consideration of animal research associated with the UNM Health Science Center. All other protocols are considered by the Main Campus (MCC) committee.
