Qualifying Examination Deadlines

Day of Releasing Paper to Students

• Email each student individually with three paper choices attached to email

• Instruct students to review and select one paper – students have three days to make selection

• Students should acknowledge receipt of email with paper selection

May 14 (8 Jan) papers released – May 16 (10 Jan) selection by 5pm
Exam on May 23

May 15 (9 Jan) papers released – May 17 (11 Jan) selection by 5pm
Exam on May 24

May 16 (10 Jan) papers released – May 18 (12 Jan) selection by 5pm
Exam on May 25

Day of Paper Selection by Students Students should notify BSGP Office in writing (email) of the paper they selected by 5pm on due date.

BSGP Office will email each student’s Qual Exam Committee the paper they selected; copy Qual Exam Committee chair; remind students and Committee of exam date, time and location

BSGP Office will note on the spreadsheet what paper has been selected.

Day of Exam BSGP Office will have Report of Examination forms copied on bright colored paper (for ease of recognition) and distribute them to the exam room at each exam time.
