cDNA Synthesis and Hybridization Services:
                                          (a) End user must provide either RNA denaturing gel image or Agilent bioanalyzer image to verify RNA integrity.
    (b) 10 ugs of total RNA is required for each cDNA synthesis.
    (c) Our Lab makes cDNA from your RNA, fluorescently labels the cDNA, and performs hybridization on slides.
    (d) Our Lab provides the hybridized slides to you, for scanning and analysis.
    (e) Cost: $610.50 for 2 cDNAs hybridization to one PLL slide.
    (f) Cost: $3206 for 24 cDNAs and 12 hybridizations.
    (g) Cost: $150 per cDNA for other quantities of cDNAs.

Microarray Reagent starter Kit:     $256
                                          (a)Includes all reagents for synthesis of cDNAs and 5 hybridizations.
    (b)Does not include microarray slides.
