The pass rate for 2001-2006 on the first attempt was 84% for the Qualifying Exam and 88% on the Certifying Exam.

The overall pass rate for 2005 was 88%.

The pass rate for 2000-2004 was 100%.  The pass rate on the first attempt was 94% on the Qualifying Exam and 87% on the Certifying Exam.

The pass rate for 1998-2002 on the first attempt was 89% on the Qualifying Exam and 82% on the Certifying Exam.
