GUIDING QUESTIONS

 

  1. What are the major knowledge/skills/attitudes you want your learner to leave with?

  2. What level of learning do you want learners to achieve for each objective (see Table 3 in Reference Tables)?

  3. How would you complete the sentence "After this learning experience, you should be able to...'?

    1. What action verb matches the desired level of learning (see Table 1 in Reference Tables) for each objective? (This should be the first word of your sentence completion for each objective.)

    2. How can you write your objectives in "SMART" terms - specific, measurable, attainable for target audience within scheduled time and specified conditions, relevant and results-oriented, targeted to learner and desired level of learning? (See "Effective Use of Performance Objectives".)
