Southwest Telehealth Access Grid (SWTAG)
The Southwest Telehealth Access Grid (SWTAG) will connect over 500 eligible health care providers in New Mexico,
Arizona, and Southwest Indian Health Service Areas. SWTAG is authorized by the Federal Communications Commission to
expend $15.5 million to build out high speed broadband networks dedicated for health care.

Letter of Agency needed from each potential participant
All healthcare facilities interested in participating in the SWTAG must submit a Letter of Agency (LOA), and brief
