Assessment and Evaluation of Telehealth Technologies
a. Provide assessment of network and technical requirements for various projects and programs
b. Assist in the evaluation and selection of appropriate technology
Facilitate sharing and interoperability of telehealth technologies and infrastructure.
Coordinate the Telehealth Users Group (TUG), comprising representatives of HSC clinical departments and programs.
Assist in Scheduling UNM HSC Telehealth activities Telemedicine Conference Request
Provide telehealth session monitoring and technical support
Coordinate Telehealth Legislative requests in conjunction with the Strategic Telehealth Advisory Council (STAC)
Assist in Grant Development in which telehealth is a component
Provide consultation to other established UNM HSC telehealth programs
The Center for Telehealth continues to insure the compatibility of equipment and
utilization across organizations and applications. We also test and evaluate new
systems and technologies.
