- Assessment and Evaluation of Telehealth Technologies
- Provide assessment of network and technical requirements for various projects and programs
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of appropriate technology
- Assess telehealth resources
- Tracking clinical and educational telehealth services
- Facilitate sharing and interoperability of telehealth technologies and infrastructure when
indicated that creates a coordinated UNM HSC Telehealth system and avoids unnecessary duplication
- Coordinate the Telehealth Users Group (TUG), comprising representatives of clinical departments and programs at the HSC.
- Assist in Scheduling UNM HSC Telehealth activities
- Provide telehealth session monitoring and technical support
- In conjunction with the Strategic Telehealth Advisory Council (STAC), coordinate Telehealth Legislative requests
- Assist in Grant Development in which telehealth is a component
- Provide consultation to other established UNM HSC telehealth programs as needed
