  • Manage large-scale, organization-wide process improvement initiatives
  • Provide consultation re: best practices/benchmarks
  • Make data accessible to the HSC Community
  • Maintain a virtual warehouse of clinical enterprise systems
    • Analyze data and provide expertise in translation/ interpretation of information
    • Make data useful, relevant and timely
  • Provide a systems perspective and systems knowledge base
  • Provide objectivity/neutrality
