- Manage large-scale, organization-wide process improvement
initiatives
- Provide consultation re: best practices/benchmarks
- Make data accessible to the HSC Community
- Maintain a virtual warehouse of clinical enterprise systems
- Analyze data and provide expertise in translation/
interpretation of information
- Make data useful, relevant and timely
- Provide a systems perspective and systems knowledge base
- Provide objectivity/neutrality
