Removing Unnecessary Files from Your Web Area
Pending Server Move
- The server move will happen in early August, after some other server upgrades are finished. The web team will inform you of the date of the move.
- This will require us to change account names because we are moving to Active Directory. You will be using your Novell account from now on.
- Kevin Wiley will be in touch to verify some account information.
HSC Web Site Redesign
- New designs are currently in the approval process. We should have final approval by the end of August.
- This phase of the redesign will encompass the HSC home page and other second-level, HSC wide pages. In other words the home page and the following:
- About the HSC
- HSC Education Programs
- Research
- Patient Care
- Partnerships
- Employment
- HSC Calendar
- Go Live date for this phase of the redesign is November 1.
- We will discuss the reworking of departmental sites. As of now, there is no specific time frame for converting sites to the new design.
