WoW Passes


Relaxercise- Enjoy strength training and stress management techniques to add balance to your work day.

Nia- Enjoy a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts.

Tai Chi- Come and experience the Chinese Martial Art known to help with relaxation and meditation.

Mixed Level Yoga-­ This class is designed for the experienced beginner and level one student looking to build their practice, as well as the intermediate student of yoga. Poses are typically held longer & more variations of postures are introduced.
