Lobo Basketball Games Protocols: Effective December 28, 2021, those in attendance at Lobo basketball games at The Pit (University Arena) who are over the age of 12 will need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test dated within the last 72 hours. Such proof may be actual cards or documents or photographs on a mobile device. At all indoor UNM events, attendees must wear masks throughout the event unless actively drinking or eating, in accordance with the New Mexico Public Health order. At other UNM events where attendees include individuals who are not UNM faculty, staff, or students, event organizers may choose to require those in attendance to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test dated within the last 72 hours. Such proof may be actual cards or documents or photographs on a mobile device. The University of New Mexico now requires all current employees and students to receive a booster dose of the vaccine when eligible according to the FDA. Please refer to theupdated vaccination mandatefor more information.
Get started nowon submitting your vaccination card or request for an exemption for the Spring 2022 semester.This is a requirement for attendance at any UNM campus.It can take one to three weeks for vaccine information and exemption requests to be validated.To keep our community safe, UNM will disenroll students who have not received confirmation of validation on January 10, 2022.
