Mentors and skilled experts from all disciplines are welcome. Attend for a couple of hours or the whole weekend. Mentors can assist teams with their subject matter expertise and expereince while enhancing their own skills as leaders, educators, and communicators by guiding rising talent. Who can Attend?

We welcome all! From rookies to seasoned inventors, Hackathon is open forum for innovation!

What should I bring?

An ID for admission into the event. Please be COVID prepared, plan to bring your proof of vaccination and a mask.

I don't code or hack-- what about me?

Not all hackers code. In fact, this is the perfect place to pick up new skills!

How do teams work?

Friday is idea night. Individuals build teams around the ideas.
Already have a team? Simply prepare an idea pitch & have each team member register.

What do winning teams receive?

Winning teams will be matched with an HSC Faculty mentor to guide them through obtaining a $10,000 NIH Pilot Grant
