After your organization has signed partnership documents and attended our Partner Launch Training, it is time to plan and launch your first ECHO. In addition to technical assistance and ongoing support through our ECHO Partner Support Team, Project ECHO offers self-paced, online trainings to assist you in preparing to launch your ECHO program.
This training is for ECHO Partners who are actively running programs and/or ECHO Partners who are planning to launch ECHO programs soon. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and comfortable onboarding to the new iECHO platform for all Partners, so registration is limited to 2 individuals per Organization - one of which must be the designated individual from your Organization who will administer iECHO functionality across your teams, known as the “Hub Owner.”
If you’d like to watch a short video about the new platform to prepare, click here. Review this Roles & Permissions document to understand which permissions each role has. You can also spend some time exploring the iECHO Frequently Asked Questions to begin familiarizing yourself with the updated functionality.
