Our program provides educational and professional development opportunities to school-based health care providers across New Mexico.
School-based health centers are unique because they offer primary care and behavioral health care to adolescents and young adults in easily accessible locations, including children as partners in their own care. The centers also see all students regardless of their ability to pay.
Every $1 spent at school-based health centers saves more than $6 in overall health care costs.
We meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month from 3 to 4 p.m. Mountain Time.
