Keeping up-to-date with the evolving challenges and best practices in providing care to an older population can be daunting for the busy and resource-trapped primary care clinician.
Our program was developed to address geriatric care within the primary care setting. We provide high-quality, evidence-based, practical education, while supporting the clinicians who care for New Mexico's older population.
Using the ECHO Model, our multidisciplinary team—with expertise in geriatrics, psychiatry, and community-based care—will support participants through case-based presentations and discussions. Our sessions will address clinical challenges and practice updates in geriatric medicine.
Participants are eligible to receive no-cost continuing medical education credits.
Please Join Us from 7am-8am MT on September 7th by clicking "Register Now."
Beginning October 13th, sessions will take place the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month at Noon.
We will also be switching over the the new iECHO Platform on October 13th. Training for this transition will be held at the September 7th session.
