  • Employer pays 75% of premium cost for single coverage and 60% of the cost for family coverage.
  • Employees eligible to enroll on first day of employment with coverage to begin on the first of the following month.
  • All employees enrolled in UNMMG-offered insurance plans will have access to the same prescription drug formulary, which is currently administered by Express Scripts.

  • Employees eligible to enroll on first day of employment with coverage to begin on the first of the following month.

  • Employer covers cost of basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment for employee with payout equal to your annual salary.
  • Additional employee and family life insurance coverage available, paid by employee.
  • Employees automatically enrolled in this employer paid benefit.
  • Pays 60% of base weekly earnings beginning on 15th calendar day of an injury or illness and will continue, if medically necessary, for up to 180 days.
  • Coverage begins on first of the month following 180 days of employment.
  • Employer pays a portion of this employee paid benefit.
  • Pays 60% of base monthly earnings after six consecutive months of total disability.
  • Employees may participate in the dependent care spending and/or medical reimbursement spending accounts.
  • The accounts offer a unique way to cover child care and medical expenses using pre-tax dollars.
  • Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate on the first day of the month following their enrollment in the plan.
  • Can enroll on first day of employment.
  • Employee may contribute up to the maximum allowed by IRS rules, and employer will match your contributions up to a designated percentage of your gross salary.
  • Employees are also eligible to participate in an additional tax-deferred plan, a 457(b).
  • Accrue up to 30 days of paid time off per year (includes both sick and personal days).
  • 10 paid holidays per year.
  • Paid time off is pro-rated based on FTE.
  • Eligible after completion of six months employment.
  • Available for work-related classes, or undergraduate degree program that is work-related.
  • Must be regular status employee (not temporary).
