REO Walk-in Hours are a great way to conduct student record reviews or graduation audits, get your questions answered, update us about your plans, brag about your accomplishments, talk about career plans, etc.

Office Hours

Dear Trainees,

Given the rapidly changing landscape of this pandemic, SOMREO is temporarily pausing our Tuesday/Thursday walk-in hours.

Our staff are available for Zoom appointments M-F.

To schedule, please contact somreo@salud.unm.edu with a few days/times that you are available.

We are also available via email.

We respond to emails M-F from 10 AM – 3 PM.

Please allow 3 business days for a response.

If the matter is urgent, please indicate this in the subject line.

We will get through this together by being careful and compassionate. Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions.

Office Closures/Walk-In Hour Cancellations:

Occasionally, the office may need to cancel walk-in hours or be unavailable via email for events such as University holidays (weather delays and closuresannounced via Lobo Alerts, BSGP interview visits, student research day, staff training, etc.)

Upcoming cancelled walk-in hours are:

1. May 30, 2022 - Memorial Day
2. July 1 & July 4, 2022 – Independence Day
3. September 5, 2022 - Labor Day
4. November 24-25, 2022 - Thanksgiving Break
5. December 23, 2022 - January 2, 2023 - Winter Break
