If you regularly attend the LEADing to Excellence conferences, be sure to register for the remainder of the Change Leadership Accelerator Series (continued from December), as all Health System leaders are required to take the series.

If you can't attend in person, the recorded sessions will be placed on your learning plan in Learning Central. If you attended all of the 8-hour weekly sessions last fall, you do not need to attend again. Questions? Please contact OPD@salud.unm.edu

"Bring Your Own Change" Workshop - Are you responsible for driving change in your team this year? Bring your change initiative, your dyad partner and/or your chain of command to this planning session. Learn how to employ the change leadership strategies and tools presented in the Change Leadership Accelerator Series, and walk out of the session with your own change implementation roadmap!
