Kevin Sitko, M.D.

    Diseases affecting the neurologic pathways of vision and control of eye movements, including ischemic optic neuropathy, papilledema, optic neuritis, stroke, hereditary optic neuropathy, double vision, cranial neuropathies affecting eye movements, myasthenia gravis, neurodegenerative conditions with effects on vision, and pupillary abnormalities. Other clinical interests are: the electrophysiologic testing of the eye in the diagnosis of ocular pathology, including full-field electroretinogram (ERG), multifocal ERG, electro-oculogram (EOG), pattern ERG, and visual evoked potentials (VEP). Also, inflammatory conditions of the eye, called uveitis, and cataract surgeries.

Functional, reconstructive, and cosmetic eyelid surgery including dermatochalasis and ptosis repair, ectropion/entropion repair and excision/reconstruction of skin cancers around the eye. Diseases of the orbit including orbital fracture repair, orbital tumor management and medical and surgical treatment of thyroid-associated orbitopathy. Repair of tear-drainage problems including nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
