What do all of these scenarios have in common? Each utilizes telehealth technology to connect patients, professionals and students with the care, training and support they need, regardless of where they live.
The New Mexico Department of Health is hosting 4 Turn the Curve on Health planning events throughout the state May 9 – 31, 2012 for community and Tribal partners statewide to discuss how we may work in partnership toward population based change related to nine (9) specific health areas.
When you register to attend the regional meeting, you will be asked to select one of the following health issues as a focus for your contribution.
