Biography
Dr. Balne received M.Sc in Medical Microbiology in 2008 from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) University, India. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. in Biochemistry) degree from L.V. Prasad Eye Institute (an Associate Institute of the University of Hyderabad), India in 2016. Following his PhD degree he completed Post-Doctoral Fellowships at the National Healthcare Group Eye Institute, Singapore, Singapore Eye Research Institute, Singapore and University of Missouri, USA.
