Biography

Amy has been in the field of public health for over 20 years.  During that time she has worked with nonprofits governmental agencies and academic institutions.  Her focus is on prevention with an emphasis on process and planning to positively impact communities.  After earning an additional graduate degree from NMSU with a focus on education and online teaching, Amy has developed and taught multiple online courses, with national recognition.  In the last 10 years, she has also focused on community health workers/promotors trainings.
