Biography
Dr. Davis received a BSBA degree in economics from the University of Florida in 1964. He received an MS degree in statistics from the University of Florida in 1966. He received a PhD degree in statistics from The Johns Hopkins University in 1968.

I am a generalist. As a statistician he has done research if a very broad range of areas not only in health care but also in energy and defense.
