Biography

I am a health services researcher specializing in health policy and economic evaluation. My research spans cancer prevention, rural and Indigenous health disparities, insurance markets, and health information technology, with a strong emphasis on cost-effectiveness and return on investment. I have served as a PI and Co-I on multiple NIH-, NSF-, and state-funded projects. My work informs policymakers, health systems, and community partners seeking to improve population health outcomes efficiently and equitably.
