Biography
Fisher received a B.A. degree in Russian Studies and Political Sciences (1992) from Northwestern University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree (2000) from University of Colorado School of Medicine. Following his MD degree he completed a 3-year anesthesiology residency at Columbia University, Department of Anesthesia.
