Biography
Ashish R. Gandhe, MD, is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist who specializes in Emergency Radiology. Dr. Gandhe attended medical school at Government Medical College, Nagpur, MH, India. In 2007, he completed a diagnostic radiology residency at the Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, and General Hospital, Mumbai, MH, India. Dr. Gandhe migrated to the United States in 2010. He completed an alternate pathway at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA in 2015. In 2014, he was the recipient of the best fellow of the year award. Dr. Gandhe has worked as a diagnostic radiologist at multiple academic and private institutes in India, and United States. Since June 2022, he is practicing at the University of New Mexico, Department of Radiology as an Associate Professor. Dr. Gandhe is a member of multiple radiologic organizations, including the American Board of Radiology and Radiology Society of North America. He loves his work as an emergency radiologist and is committed to providing the highest level of care to his patients. His primary areas of interest are trauma imaging and Emergency Neuroradiology.
