Biography
Dr. Garcia received a degree in Chemistry from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Harvard Medical School and the Harvard School of Public Health. He did a preliminary internal medicine year at UNMH before moving to California for his anesthesiology residency and cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship at Stanford Hospitals and Clinics.
