Biography
Dr. Hawley received her BS degree in Physiology from the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign and then earned her Medical Degree from the Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2014 and then finished her training with a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Personal Statement
Dr. Hawley has a passion for caring for children and loves all aspects of the field of Pediatric Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. She manages disease processes including acute and chronic ear disease, hearing loss, pediatric airway abnormalities, congenital abnormalities of the head and neck, nasal/sinus disorders, cleft palate and tonsillar enlargement/sleep disordered breathing. She has a special interest in pediatric hearing disorders and cochlear implant surgery. She enjoys teaching medical students, residents and her patients and families.
The University of New Mexico has a strong mission to care for all patients and Dr. Hawley is very proud to be a part of it. She loves to spend time with her family enjoying all the outdoor activities this part of the country has to offer.
