Biography

Sheila Hundley, DNP, RN, AGNP-C is a Clinician Educator, Assistant Professor and clinician specializing in adult-geriatric primary care at the University of New Mexico College of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Her nursing career focused on medical-surgical nursing, case management, perioperative nursing and chronic care for geriatric patients with multiple medical conditions. As an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner she focuses on primary care of the adult and geriatric patient populations with an interest in evidence-based practice, mental health and substance use disorders in primary care.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University.
